Where is the best price for a Spalding King of the Beach in the Santa Cruz area?

Thank you.

Hey Todd,

Try Jerry Sports and Outdoor World near 41st Ave. Although over the hill, SiliconVolley in Los Gatos is a volleyball store and sells them as well.

I would like to see players supporting local business. Both Outdoor World in Santa Cruz and Sprockets in Los Gatos gets my vote.
PS, SiliconVolley =Sprockets, they are the same. The store in Los Gatos is Sprockets, for on line sales go to SiliconVolley.com

Big 5 has also sold Spalding King of the Beach in the past. Be careful when purchasing that you don't end up with the cheap imitation that looks like the King of the Beach.

We have to support local businesses that support Santa Cruz local beach volleyball. Greg the owner of Sprockets Donated 16 brand new Pro volleyball nets for the Santa Cruz main beach courts a few years ago. Chris from outdoor world always come through when I need something and has talked about donating some new nets when the Sprockets nets where out. They both support Phil's tournaments and classes, they also support Marks tournaments.
The prices on balls at Sprockets and Outdoor World are very good. Stop trying to save a couple of bucks by buying online or at big out of town businesses, like Big Five. In these times Local businesses need our support more than ever.
Do you ever stop and think what SC main beach would look like without their support.

The Spalding black/white King of the Beach ball that all have been using for the past two years is no longer avalable.
Spalding stock #72-055 is discontinued
The replacement available now thru 2010 is Spalding stock #72-083. It is the same black/white ball with a new silkscreen logo added for "US Open of Beach Volleyball official Tour Ball"
