I have heard of others, but the most established club in our area is Main Beach. Here's the link:

Surf City Volleyball Club has been creating teams to compete in the NCVA's Area League for more than a decade. Many of
the top SCCAL High School players were successful Surf City Volleyball Players.
Surf City Volleyball Club currently (December '09) has roster spots for 3 players. If you are interested in knowing about our team / program, e-mail surfcityvolleyball@comcast.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false. We will be playing in the NCVA Area League this Winter / Spring; schedule at NCVA.com. We typically practice Monday and Wednesday nights.
